We all belong together
Drömpals is a playful collection of animal-inspired backpacks for children, designed to be a loyal friend that’s always by your side. Each character has its own personality and carries an important message: we all belong together – people, animals and nature. Through Drömpals, we hope to encourage children to be kind – to one another, to animals and to the world around them.
Drömpals began in Sweden, where a close connection to nature and sustainable design inspired four entrepreneurs – also parents – to create playful companions for children. United by a shared vision, we want to inspire children to explore the outdoors through play, nurturing curiosity, care and a natural sense of responsibility for protecting our planet.
A friend who’s always got your back
Drömpals is more than just a backpack – we imagine it as a little friend to explore the world with. Through playful design inspired by animals and nature, we hope to spark children’s curiosity about the natural world. Each bag carries a story of care, diversity and togetherness, and a gentle encouragement to explore and, in time, to take care of our planet.
That’s why our backpacks are more than practical. They’re designed to last, to be played with and to be loved for a long time. Thoughtful material choices – vegan leather, and completely PFAS-free – mean your dream companion can stay by your side for many adventures to come, wherever the road may lead.

We want our backpacks to be a gentle reminder to treat animals and nature with respect. Each companion is made from vegan leather and other sustainable materials. When your child brings their little animal friend out into nature, an early understanding is formed: all living things deserve care.
Every small adventure becomes more fun, and a small step toward awareness, responsibility and connection to the world around us.
Community and diversity
Every Drömpals companion is unique – just like every child. Together, they show that differences make community stronger and friendships richer. Choosing a personal favourite has become an exciting, meaningful moment for many children.
Our characters come from all corners of the world, helping children learn about diversity and respect, and discover that there is a place for everyone, no matter how you look or where you come from.
