At Drompals, we offer pre-orders to give our community early access to our latest backpacks before they officially hit the shelves. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item and often benefit from exclusive pre-order pricing.

1. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment at Checkout: To secure your pre-order, payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.

  • Automatic Discounts: Any advertised pre-order discounts or "Exclusive" pricing are applied automatically at checkout and are only valid during the pre-order window.

  • Price Protection: The price you pay at the time of pre-order is final.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated Dispatch: Each pre-order item has an Estimated Dispatch Date listed on its specific product page. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Timeline Updates: We will notify you via email if there are any significant changes or delays to the expected shipping timeline provided on the product page.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Combined Orders (The "Ship Together" Rule)

  • Single Shipment: To minimize our carbon footprint and shipping costs, orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items are available.

  • Split Shipping: If you need your in-stock items delivered immediately, please place two separate orders.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Change of Mind: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the pre-order window closes (as noted on the product page) or before the item begins the dispatch process.

  • Address Updates: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our support team as soon as possible before the estimated dispatch date.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our standard Returns Policy applies once you receive your pre-ordered item. All pre-order purchases are eligible for returns and exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our store’s return criteria.
